City council meetings and committee data in machine readable format

Hi I would like to reiterate the other data requests related to City Council and extend that council meeting minutes and committee be published in a machine readable format. I understand that all the minutes are available on escribe platform as html but it is highly verbose and not digestible for anyone who doesn't frequent the city and is familiar with the process of council. I would like to create a tool that makes is easier for people of Ottawa to get an understanding of what is happening in Ottawa City Council.
