Data on City tree planting program (Root for Trees)

I am looking for line-by-line data on the nearly 300,000 trees planted by the Root for Trees urban tree planting program, including the location and year each tree was planted. This data would inform research seeking to compare various urban tree planting initiatives across North American cities. Currently there is only data available on all City-managed trees, which does not provide dates they were planted or who they were planted by.
