Assessment Parcel (Exceptions) to be added to Open Data if possible

I would like to talk with you about adding an Assessment Parcel (Exceptions Only) layer up on Open Data. This means all parcels in the Assessment Parcel layer in AEGIS that are not 1 to 1 to Title Parcel. We get a request for this data once and a while through map desk and have an active request for this from EPCOR. I would like to discuss getting this added as a layer on Open Data, or at least get it in front of FOIP POPA and Legal to see if it is allowed even. Thanks!
