I would like to get an access to commercial construction projects (the ones that have permits) with all possible work types, if available. I found a dataset "DOB Permit Issuance" that contains some of the designated work types, but I was wondering if there is a dataset with more explicit variety of

Hi , In NYC, we issue construction permits after an applicant has an approved job application. Therefore, you should not only look at DOB Permit Issuance, but also at DOB Job Application Filings. You should also know that we are transitioning to our online job application platform DOB NOW, so we are gradually moving everything into new datasets based on this new system. For all work currently in DOB NOW, you can use DOB NOW: Build – Job Application Filings and DOB NOW: Build – Approved Permits. Thank you, - NYC Department of Buildings (DOB)
