TransLink GoCard Metadata for 2015-16

Hi. I am a UQ honours student conducting research on Brisbane train stations using GoCard data between July 2015 and June 2016. I would like to look up stations to map out the number of trips at each station to analyse train patronage and crime at the train stations. In the dataset, the boarding and alighting train stations are coded as _Cxx_ (e..g C15, C185). while bus stations are coded in numbers (e.g. 3501, 10802). I have found a bus station lookup in the GTFS (https://www.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/general-transit-feed-specification-gtfs-seq) metadata - but not for train stations which are coded in a different way. There is no information on TransLink or Queensland Rail on the coding scheme either. Would you please provide the lookup table or point me in the direction of where the data may be.
