Please make available SLIM Maps Applications

I reviewed the two datasets "2ccn-pwtu" (development permits) and "24uj-dj8v" (general building permits) and compared it to applicatons shown on SLIM Maps. Are the datasets missing data or is there another dataset available? For example on SLIM maps, Plan 4590W Blk 98 Lot 11, has two home improvement permits and a minor development permit whereas on the two datasets combined, I only see 1 home improvement permit. If data is missing, would you please produce a dataset that has all of the applications that are in SLIM Maps. Thank you.
