Dear, Apologies for the delay in answering your question, we had a technical glitch in receiving it. The information on the historic building database has recently been updated and can be downloaded as a csv file. The data includes the date of construction for each building (listed as “Date_Low” “Date_High” and “Date Combo”). Go to NYC Open Data Portal, search for LPC, open "LPC Individual Landmark and Historic District Database", click the "Export" tab on the right, click "CSV" to download. Information from this table can be joined to the "Individual Landmarks" point file by the common field "BIN" (Building Identification Number). Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC)
