A dataset that links all condo or coop BBLs to BBLs used in PLUTO for the physical lot. What are the PLUTO attributes of a given condo or coop property?

Hello, The data you've requested can be found here: https://data.cityofnewyork.us/Housing-Development/Department-of-Finance-Digital-Tax-Map/smk3-tmxj The Digital Tax Map (DTM) is produced by the Dept. of Finance. Within this download is a geodatabase that contains several tables including Condo and Condo Units. Condo contains lots that have a condo on the property. (i.e. all tax lots w/ condo flag = ) Condo Unit contains a list of all individual condo units (i.e. 1001, 1002, etc) Note: in DTM most condo lots are in the 7500 range (mutliple condos on one block - 7501, 7502, etc). Each condo lot will contain condo units that get a 1000 range number (i.e. 1001, 1002, etc). - NYC Open Data
