HR statistics of the City

I was asked over the weekend if this can be added to the Open Data catalogue: It would be very interesting to have HR statistics regarding the employee demographics in the City, specifically: Age Range, Gender, Role and ethnicity if possible. For example: population of Edmonton is a wide range of ages and ethnicity, with a 50/50 split of gender, it'd be interesting to see how that's reflected in the city at multiple different roles within the city (management, employee etc)
