Title transfer historical dataset

Presently the property assessment website provides access to public records by the way of title transfer records and dates. This information is relied upon for property assessments and can be useful for many other insights. I would like to request the existing public dataset from which these reports are provided to be available via open data well in advance of next year's assessments to encourage transparency and accessibility to information.
