Public Art locations and background

As part of city policy where there is a major infrastructure project, the city requires an public art component to be created. (https://ottawa.ca/en/city-hall/your-city-government/policies-and-administrative-structure/administrative-policies#public-art-policy). Please list the location of all the public art, the artist, and the details behind the installation (idea, meaning, etc). Photo would be nice too.
