Orthoimagery Tile Service

I was wondering if any (preferably the latest) of the orthoimagery available on Niagara Navigator could be made available as a web map tile service? While I understand that 2020 SWOOP orthoimagery from the province should become open data later this year, it's still 5 years out of date, and the 2023 ortho available through Niagara Navigator is a good leaf-off capture.
