severances paid out over time

it would be great to see how much money the city has paid out each year in termination of high level staff, ($800,000+ for city manager according to mayor) http://ualbertalaw.typepad.com/faculty/2015/09/terminating-termination-pay.html) ideally, this would be categorized by mayor in office at the time and going back at least 20 years. thank you.
