Database or API for COVID-19 cases in HHS regions

I'm looking to create a time-series map of COVID-19 cases in QLD over time broken down by HHS regions. The data would be similar to that found on [this page](https://www.qld.gov.au/health/conditions/health-alerts/coronavirus-covid-19/current-status/current-status-and-contact-tracing-alerts). Or daily media releases such as [this one](https://www.health.qld.gov.au/news-events/doh-media-releases/releases/queensland-novel-coronavirus-covid-19-update30). It would be possible to scour all the previous media releases, but I was wondering if there is a database or API available to use. Ideally, it would be good to see active/recovered cases as well as deaths. This combined dataset is one that I feel has been missing during the COVID-19 pandemic and would be really useful to have to see how the virus has spread across the state of Queensland.
