Publish daily counts from the City of Edmonton's bike counters (currently there are two - on the high level bridge and the belgravia footbridge) as a dataset in open data. See the City of Calgary's version of this for an idea of what's possible: http://www.eco-public.com/ParcPublic/?id=4190
