Hi, You can use our DOB ECB Violations dataset. You'll want to look at "ECB_VIOLATION_STATUS" for whether the violation is ACTIVE, still needs to be addressed, or RESOLVE, which means the issue was either fixed with DOB or dismissed by OATH. And you can look at "CERTIFICATION_STATUS" to find CERTIFICATE ACCEPTED. Thank you, - NYC Department of Buildings (DOB)
