Electrical Licence Holder (Worker) and (Contractor)

We are working on a Contractors Management System project with Dept Housing and Public Works and Dept of Education and would like to see if there is a daily data set or sets available to verify that contractor or worker has a valid Electrical licence that has NOT expired to be used by the new system to automate the validation and verification of data if possible.
